Palestinian artist born in Latrune, lives and works in Ramallah
Nabil Anani's reflects the Intifada. He covers subjects that artists
of the Rabita (the West Bank and Ghazze Union of Artists) discuss,
namely, the education of children, family safety, the village and
its crafts, folklore, the reality of political prisoners abd
questions of identity. His works in leather and wood are often free
form in outline. His composition on paper is held together by
sporadic collisions of shapes and textures.
