I shed a tear for
a beautiful young girl…Eman
A perfect little angel nestling in her
mother’s arms
Maimed brutally by a vicious and
racist regime…
She had only one crime-she was born a
Palestinian.
She was bound to become a terrorist
some day,
She was bound to carry on the struggle for
Palestine…
Surely that is what Sharon and his followers would say…
And no one to make them pay for
their crime…
I cannot close my eyes without seeing her
little body…
Punctured and maimed, yet so innocent and pure…
I
cannot close my eyes without seeing her little face…
Pale and distorted, yet so beautiful and angelic…
I cannot imagine the grief in her mother’s
heart…
To have your child murdered in your
arms…
I cannot imagine the hate in her mother’s
heart…
To have to bear such unbearable agony…
How can they talk of peace…
When they are taking our land piece by
piece…
How can they talk of
security…
When a child cannot have security in her mother’s arms?
May God bless your soul little
angel…
Maybe in heaven it is not such a
crime
To be from Palestine!
